At least one Application needs to be purchased and installed on the Promira Serial Platform. You can customize the Promira Serial Platform with the Applications that you need and upgrade to newer Applications at anytime.

Applications for Promira Serial Platform are tiered, therefore Level 1 Application is required to obtain Level 2 Application.

You can purchase a new application directly from thelabeshop.com.  Please note the Promira platform must have an active support maintenance contract to be upgraded with new applications.
